My Top 5 Secrets to Healthy Looking Skin:

Cleanse, cleanse, cleanse!! OK, so I am in love with a skin care line
by the name of Dermalogica! The line is highly recommended by The
Michigan College of Beauty (one of the top beauty schools in MI) when
training future Estheticians. It is dermatologist approved and doesn't
contain any fragrance or bad, funky stuff that will hurt your skin or
body. It is a bit pricey, but so well worth it and it lasts for a long
time because a pea size of each product is all you really need. I'm not saying
you HAVE to use this brand for healthy skin. I love Murad Skin Care Line just as much! Use any
cleanser that doesn't contain any fragrance. Something with very pure & natural ingredients.
2. Eat healthy & exercise! Believe it or not, maintaining a healthy diet is the second
secret to maintaining healthy skin. You know that common saying, "You
are what you eat." Well, that's 100% true! Go ahead and eat your fruits
& veggies as much as you can (7 days a week!) Add a fruit to each
breakfast, add a veggie to each lunch and/or dinner entree!

Hide from UV Rays! I cannot stress this one enough! Flaunting bronze
and tan skin may look sexy, but getting it from the sun isn't. Wear
sunblock when being exposed to the sun or it will damage your skin over
